my80malibu Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Yes I am talking about the one that is OOP, like I said I had been trying to get one for the last month/ month and a half and it has been a really hard kit to get, and when they show up on evilbay, its seems like people are fighting for them. Thats why i am asking if that kit is in high demand No one is fighting for these you just gotta Know the Right People
Keef Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 $5.00 each I got the green one/ already primed and a metallic blue one you sir have a PM
martinfan5 Posted September 21, 2011 Author Posted September 21, 2011 Danno, thanks for the info, are you going to be there?,
RodneyBad Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Must be such a wanted kit just for the Copcar wheels I only have one kit but Lots of wheels (now)
Sport Suburban Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 $5.00 each I got the green one/ already primed and a metallic blue one Gabriel, I beleive those ones that are molded in color are the 70 GTX version and not the Roadrunner that came latter.
Casey Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Is it just me or is the Revell 70 Roadrunner kit in high demand?, I ask this because I have been trying to get my hands on one for the last month on evilbay and I always kept losing out on it. I was able to get one today , but every kit I bid on, it turned into a bidding war, or is this just normal for OOP kits? eBay is a pretty accurate glimpse at what a kit will sell for in the open market, and you can always search the "Completed Items" to get an even better idea. As far as the Revell '70 Road Runner kit is concerned, I think it's in demand mainly because of the 15", six-slot, "Cop Car" wheels present in the kit, but the bench seat and multi-piece interior "tub" are nice changes from the '70 GTX pieces, as is the RR grille.

Yea one of the reason's I bought the kit was for the wheels, a member on here said he was going to send me a set of the wheels for my GTX build, but so far havent got them.
Danno Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Danno, thanks for the info, are you going to be there?, Yes, I'll be there. Yea one of the reason's I bought the kit was for the wheels, a member on here said he was going to send me a set of the wheels for my GTX build, but so far havent got them. I provided Greg Wann, The Master Caster, a set of those wheels and hubcaps for casting; I believe he can produce them.
