Welcome back, Mike. Took a page from you and am working on a back-story for my 2010GT build. I always liked to read (even if I never commented) your McNally stories and watch the builds progress. Thanks for the literary inspiration!

Brad, you are quite welcome! I look forward to your backstory. I have enjoyed creating the McNally stories and I am planning on another story for an upcoming project. Actually, I have two stories. One involving a Viper SRT-10 and the other, a 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Seville Hardtop.

Ah crappola! I forgot to black the vents on the dash,LOL!:lol: Thanks for those progress pics,Jonathan, and good thing for me I ain't done nothing to it in a few days,eh? (a mixture of northern and southern twang,ha! :P ) It's looking good,my friend! :D

Thanks mate, I havent been able to get a lot done either the last few days, which is ok, it means that it takes me a little longer to go through my small kit stash  , and the rain today and I think tomorrow will slow me down some more.

I started the story a page or two back, Mike. I am basing it loosely (veeeeerrrrryyyyyy loosely) on me and what I would do in life had I made a career change.

I need to hurry on mine,Jonathan...the kid's last day of school this year is this Friday...once they're home, building will slow to a (slower then the current) crawling pace,LOL! :P

Haha better get on it then buddy, well if it makes you feel any better, I can not get a lot down right now with this rain we are having. I will paint in the cooler weather, but cant with rain, so I have two builds that I am waiting on to finish but need to get more paint on the bodys.

And whats irritating is, the internet keeps going out with the rain, and people say satellite tv is bad in weather, ha! never lost satellite tv during heavy rain, ( tpying this waiting for the net to come back up)

LOL,we have cable...but there's been more than once it would go out momentarily and there'd be a screen that said (I kid you not) "Satilite Signal Lost...Searching...":lol:

That is funny  , well I had a small set back, while trying to finish up the bullitt tonight, I was trying to put the air filter piece in , well I dropped it and it landed on the roof, of course glue side down .

The pic was taken after I did a little sanding to get try and get it ready to repaint

I have repainted the roof and cleared it, so waiting for it to try , I did not mask so now I am going to have to go over all the black trim and re do it.

Ouch...I hate to hear that,my friend. I kinda-sorta forgot to install the master cylinder before gluing all of those sub-assemblies together making it dang near impossible to get to it's mount,so don't feel like the Lone Ranger on dropping parts-I had to drop that part in,and it's noticable (at least to me),LOL!

Well the bullit is almost done and I forgot to add the rear view morrow and sun gaurds. The jada is almost complete and the KR needs a hood and mirrors. I had the KR bullit and the cobra and the duece in the backseat and hit the brakes and we had a bad crash in the back seat.

There ok lol, wheels do not want to stay on now. We had one that was driving without insurance. The driver in the bullit is trying to sue me, he said he did not see my brake lights and there was no guard rails at the edge of the back seat.

The Bullitt looks good, Jonathan. I think the color came out pretty nice on it!

Josh, you know it's all going to come back on you! You'll just have to repair the damage to the Mustangs and move on! Just don't submit the claim to your insurance.....;)
