All that we ask is to be respectful of ALL other members and try to make your posts so they are readable and understandable to other people. Spend some time proof-reading your posts before you hit the "post" button. I HIGHLY recommend using Mozilla Firefox as a browser... It has a LOT of awesome features, one being a built in spell checker. Also, try not to take other member's comments to heart. We had a thread a while back where we have all pretty much come to the conclusion that it is very easy to take someone's post the wrong way. (We are limited to communication through written text, which means, it may be hard to tell if someone is being "harsh", "sarcastic", or simply trying to be funny etc...) Again, WELCOME!!
