I suppose you could post your memoir of your great-aunt's needlepoint work here, but I don't know what that has to do with the subjects of this forum, which would be cars, car modeling and the modeling experience. I can't figure out why the comic strip was funny enough to make a special post, regardless of subject. I now withdraw from this discussion.

By “General”, it means topics that are model car related… that do not fit in any other category. Not… cartoons, needlework, etc. If not a member of Facebook, maybe it is time to join? That would be a far more appropriate place to post O/T than here.

I thought it was funny and didn't really bother me even if it was off topic. I posted about putting future polish on the floor the other day and got 2 pages of positive replies. Had nothing to do about models. There's a post about bicycles, music, guitars etc, etc here that has 100's of replies. Sometimes you have to have a little and have a little laugh.
