Man Darryl, you do some of the best dioramas I have ever seen... Bar none.

I do have to say, that is one tough cardboard box to hold up a scale tire with wheel and no wrinkles or even giving way to the weight. :)

Thanks Bart...LOL..The box is full of small parts and junk so the tire is actually resting on them.

Great looking Olds. Great looking Diorama. Nice job overall, very realistic build, nad that dio looks good too-lots of stuff there and really authentic look like in 1:1 garage. Thanks for sharing.

Great dio. Looks like you've been accumulating junk for years, exactly how my barn looks. Great job on the weathering of the car too very realistic.

Thanks for the great comments fellas! Tyrone it was fun at the Southern NNL but not enough time to really talk shop. There are other shows coming up in Feb. and March if you are able to travel some.

Thanks to all you guys! Tyrone, on Saturday Feb. 4 there is Jaxcon in Jacksonville at North Florida University and then on Saturday March 17 there is the No Billet show at the Don Garlits museum in Ocala put on by the MAGS crew from Tampa. Both are super fun shows but the Billet show has tons of real cars (mostly rat rods) as well.

Beautiful Darryl! May I ask a question please... what is the whitish stuff on the sidewall of the rear tires depicting?

Thanks Terry, slicks have a tendency to turn a gray color after a few burn outs and they kind of get a dusty look about them. I must admit I was a little heavy handed on the weathering on the slicks though.
