Thank you, they were done late one night with some sprue, candle and a pencil sharpener. I was just experimenting to see what I could come up with. I hope to make some progress this weekend and post some more pics.

Then I guess I don't need to ask you if you used a pencil sharpener!

I did some work on the Puma tonight, more specifically it's mounted rail gun. The ammo box is just tacked on there temporarily to show you how it all fits together. There are a few more details to add, but this is the jist of it. This will be remotely operated from the co-pilots computer console which will be visible in the cockpit.

A couple things I'm finding tough about building somrething pretty much from scratch is building the components that I need multiples of like upper and lower a-arms. Also I'm really looking forward to painting this so in my head I'm like, "Looks great, lets go paint it! :D Wait........there are more pieces to be made and test fitted 1000 times before we can paint anything." :(

So I've been watching this threat closely... and decided to join. Actualy, thanks to this topic, I have 3 new models on my shelf. Starting my own little collection of zombie patrol vehichles.

I want to build a scene to display the cars with, and I need people to complete it.

Anyone know where I can get 1/24th or 1/25th scale figures?

ose with question marks next to your names, you have posted to this thread but have not made it clear if you ar joining or not. I have only posted select pieces of what people have said they will work on when they started or have let me know after I made this list, and have not really gone through and updated what you guys are actually working on. I counted 123, including the names with question marks.

If you guys email me what your building and the name of it, I will keep an updated list of who is working on what that I can post each week or two. Email me your name as it appears in my list or if you are not on the list and want to be (and if you are on the list and aren't participating), let me know at Uberdeath322@gmail.com (this is not the Doc's email). Any other info you want included in the list, let me know.

I'm kind of on stand-still at the moment... so no worries just yet :P

I will, however, be back on in full steam once I get paid again in a month. Doesn't mean I can't finish up the ones I need to finish... lol.

Also, Curt Lee,(my dad) has two submissions. He just hasn't posted them because they're collaboration builds and I've posted them in progress a little bit ago. They haven't gotten names yet though.

That's a dilemma we all face- lack of g-scale or 1:24 figures. try ulrich mini-men, they're basics and need putty filling on the joints, but it's a start. also, Sixx is working on some zombie figs to start casting.dunno how long he's gonna be on that though :P

Here are two builds inspired by this thread.

First is my '55 Chevy pick up. I added a flame thrower to the passanger side, a gun in the box, a blade up up front to mow down what ever zombie get sin the way. the missing gas cap got replaced with a red rag and added asheet metal door to replace the rusted shut door.

The second is part toyota and part I dont even know what. Gull wing style zombie-proof doors and a escape hatch were instealled along with swiviling chairs. Some sort of monstrous bladeds on the front to cut down the undead along with massive spikes to impale.

I've had alot more fun build these lately and still have afew more to go. I'll post the next one I start.post-9650-0-16420100-1333255067_thumb.jp

I can certainly do that. Thanks again for all the inspiration guy's, your all doin some really great work. And thank you Dr. Cranky for comming up with the idea.

Here's the Chev again, it's also been converted to 4x4, a winch mounted to the roof and the air cleaner was made from an oil pan. Also added a sheet of steel behind the cab that moves up and down, to stop any stray bullets from hitting the driver or passanger

The Toyota's windsheild was made to look like the safety glass on a bank truck.

The gun in the box of the Chevy is the only weapen I have sadly. So all my vehicles are getting outfitted with sharp edges and saw/chain wheel blades.

Kyle, I love those builds. Thanks for sharing them, I copied some of the pics over to the next PROGRESS VIDEO.

Joe, thanks for the revised list. We are holding steady at 123 builders so far. That's a great response indeed.

And to think we have about 6 months to go!

i'm not involved in this...

Thus the '?' by your name. Thank you for letting me know. You have been removed from the list. Although I have a similar process and thinking to Ken's. You're now involved! You may not be building, but you're enjoying. And that is always a good thing. There is still plenty of time left. If you decide that you do want to build, just let me know and I will add you back on.
