Rob65 Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Hello, been lurking for a while an finally decided to say hi. I've been building on and off since the mid seventies(46 years young) and have done everything from sci fi(huge Star Wars fan) armor and aircraft(Dad was in the Air Force for 22 years) and of course CARS!. Here's a project I'm about to start. I'll be modeling this beautiful local car. This looks like a great place to hang out! See ya' around, Robert

Erik Smith Posted January 21, 2012 Posted January 21, 2012 Welcome Robert - always great to have new builders on the site. I have learned and been inspired by this forum - I hope you will to. That Revell Impala kit is one of the nicest kits made. The version you have has a bench seat, but the SS version (newer release) has the bucket seats, center console, and gear shifter plate you'll need.
