Oh man, Doc, sorry bro, I worked in two slaughterhouses in Iowa...Hormel & IBP, man you guys do NOT want to know what goes into "pressed" meat!!!! It took me YEARS to eat pork chops & bacon again!! Pretty nasty stuff gets processed! Even expensive hams go through some disgusting "handling" yeesh!!!! :wacko::blink:

Then again I've always been a strange eater, starting with my love of beef liver steaks with onions.

No, I spent too much time as a poor grad student in Baton Rouge having to eat lots of Hog's Head Cheese! :lol:
