The color combo is Testors 50's Aqua and Bright White. Foil is done with aluminum foil and Elmers spray.

The BMF was done using cheap aluminum foil and spraying it with Elmer's Craft Bond Extra Strength spray adhesive

To keep the glue residue off the car I would use pieces that are just a little bit bigger than the area to be covered
