Replicas & Miniatures make a very nice four barrel Holley described by them as 'similar to Holley 780' #P-10. Its got a vacuum secondary so may not be suitable if you were after a double pumper

Check out VCG Resins, they have two different 750 carbs listed. The owner, Craig Hosfeld, is a member here (Mannyclub) and he has fast service and really nice product.
