Fabrizio , Sorry I missed this one when you posted it . It's really great ! I'm a wagon nut , and it really puts a smile on my face .

I'm curious how you did the wood ? I'd like to try that on one of mine .

Once again , great build !

I used a piece of thin cardboard, with a exacto I made the grain, you don't need to push a lot, because you can cut all the cardboard and made too deep grain. Try a few times just for find the grain you like.

After that I paint it, if I remember correctly I used a Duplicolor light brown. A nice coat, and let it dry overnight. After I start to make some wash with acrylic paint, in this case was a dark brown. Also here you need to try a few times until you find the nice combination of wood grain.

About the dark brown, I used also a Testor, covered all the piece and after wipe it down with a piece of napkin, so the clear brown show up and make the wood grain. It is kind of messy, and sometime it is difficult to find the right moment to wipe. :)

Take a lot of practice like everything... :)

About the MCM issue, I don't know who told to write contact paper, because for sure on the form a the model show I did not write it. :) oh well... :)
