I Googled Billy to see what that Skull Cap looked like...it looks like a Womens Swimming Cap from the 60's, that's Funny!

Reshaped the Surf Board Fin, it's ready for some Color Too!

I have to decide what to do with Freddy's Left Hand.

Should he be holding a Beverage, Surf Board Wax, SunScreen Lotion, or maybe making a Funny Gesture???

I re-shaped Freddy's Hand to "Hold" something rather than "Grab" something...

Freddy's Hand is now glued in place and His Body is Sanded Smoooth...
