'08SEAL Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 (edited) Well, here it is. I was supposed to combine a 32 Ford 5 Window, so here is the center console, maybe. Heres the body. The roof is completly off and alot of the pillars are gone. I want to use the gt500 engine and wheels but the engine has a problem, the air duct doesnt just have the air cleaner, it has everything. Here are the wheels in 1 coat of silver paint. Aaaaaand I want to use the mustang steering wheel. Thats all for now. Edited May 6, 2012 by '08SEAL
TooOld Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 Hi Lane , It looks like you are installing a Mustang engine into your '32 . I've never done it but it should be no problem . I would forget the stock air filter and make something that is mounted to the Throttle Body . Why don't you ask some questions about what you are doing . Everyone here is more than willing to help . Good luck . It will look great when you are done ! BOB.
Bartster Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 You've got a very interesting kit-bash going on here. I'll be watching with interest. l have a '32 5 window coming soon.
Jantrix Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 Lane, I highly recommend stripping that old yellow paint before you go much further with this. Looks interesting so far.

'08SEAL Posted May 6, 2012 Author Posted May 6, 2012 Heres a wee bit of an update. I was thinking about doing something like this for the interior but I do realize that the shifter has to be over the tranny, but, I do have friends that race on dirt tracks, and I can try to make a shift rod to connect the shifter and tranny. And P.S. there isnt going to be a passenger seat. Here are the gauges, I was going for an aluminum look. Here is the Mustang steering wheel on the 32 mount. And the engine, I found an air cleaner, then lost the air mount that it was supposed to be glued to. I found a spare and used that. I do have a few questions, 1.) I cant decide on a color. I was thinking silver, but I'm not sure. Any Ideas? 2.) How would I incorporate lights into this thing?
