Here is mine. The longer the better!!!! Long wheel bases and small sleepers. Does not get any better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like the 1:1 version taking a turn on a tight city street corner... Entertainment for bystanders at least for a couple minutes.

And here my KW I built to resemble a fellas truck that hauled potatoes with us.

Here's my k123 that I built. If ever were to get an old cabovers this is what I would want it to look like. It's not crazy long but for a cabover it's strectched a bit.

I thought this thread deserved a bump.

Here are a couple of my stretched cabovers. AMT DD Freightliner, 1/25, the black is a bit longer than the red.

The black 1 is on my shelf and the red 1 is on a buddies shelf.

And a few more.....The first one is a modified version of the Revell Pete 359 1/25 scale snapper....All the others are Italeri mods at 1/24 scale....And the last one is a 1/16 scaler!!!

There sure some fine rigs here.

This is the Italeri Ford LTL I lengthened just enough to keep the sleeper and add the Revell wrecker body100_0739_zps7f0b5e50.jpg

Back in the '80s I converted a 1:87 scale Ulrich H60 Mack 3-axle to an H67, no need to alter the wheelbase, it was that long in the kit. Just dug it out of storage, it needs some restoration, had to use some elmers glue to get one of the mirrors to stay put along with the stack and upper half of the cab. Plus, the MV Products headlight lenses have all turned a ghastly shade of yellow just like what was described in this other thread.
