vintagestang Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 Has anyone used their pre wired distributor? If so what does it look like? Can you post pictures?
Steven Zimmerman Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 I have been waiting for my tires and rally caps from ARROWHEAD for over six years.
cobraman Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 6 Years ????? Did you pay up front and they never shipped ?
Casey Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 You may want to check out their website, as it appears/sounds like they are effectively out of business (or at least not taking any new orders) for a few years now: http://www.arrowheadaluminum.com/
jeffs396 Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 And they used to sell CORRECTED resin Ground Hawg tires too... Hint, Hint to you resin casters
kitbash1 Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 I'm still waiting for my Corvette C5R upgrade set. Been almost 5 years.
Steven Zimmerman Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 I provided a set of tires and a set of scratchbuilt rally wheel caps for them to replicate. Last time they were at NNL east, they told me they were done, but forgot to bring them....numerous polite emails later....nothing, and no reply....'Z'
mikemodeler Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Kris Morgan at MAD has some nice distributors, check them out, he is a member here.

vintagestang Posted June 4, 2012 Author Posted June 4, 2012 Kris Morgan at MAD has some nice distributors, check them out, he is a member here. Do his distributors have vacuum advance?
mikemodeler Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Do his distributors have vacuum advance? Not 100% sure, search his user name Kris Morgan, and it should have a link to his website or you could send him a PM and ask whatever specific questions you may have.
camaroman Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 I will second the props on MAD distributors but I can not answer about the vacuum advance. I bought HEI style from him. Very fast service though!!
Mr. Moparman Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 No, Kris's dizzy's don't have a vaacum advance. I suppose it wouldn't be very hard to make one out of styrene rod or source one from a spare kit. I know for a fact the Revell '68-'69 Charger's have a vaacum advance (Them charger's also come with TWO distributers).
SuperStockAndy Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 I know for a fact the Revell '68-'69 Charger's have a vaacum advance As do most other kits with distributors
vintagestang Posted June 4, 2012 Author Posted June 4, 2012 Thanks. I'll be shure to get one without a dizzy.
