jamesG Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 don't know what you were looking for but cool pics. what is it?
FASTBACK340 Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Pieces of the nose are definitely early VW type II. The rest is just bizarre.... Where did you find this UFO?
FASTBACK340 Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 After looking at the picture for a minute or two it appears to be built for a heavy load/thrust out back. Those duel rims in back have truck/bus origins. Look at the span of the lug nuts. I bet some type of liquid fuel rocket is going to power this thing.... Wow... the more I look at it, the more I like it.
crazyjim Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Looks sorta like a chopped & stretched out Baja Beast. I really like the look of it. How about the Ghia up on the rack?
cartpix Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 It's a 1:1 build up of one of David Chang's, Kustom City, Hot Wheels Drag Bus. http://ktekdiecast.com/EVO_GT/AP6/AP6-2009-192magenta-1024.jpg Jeff
sports850 Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 That is cool , almost mini shaped too (I'm ignoring your 1:1 joke Lee ) I have a much smaller mini (1/4" long) in my collection but not with opening doors or working wheels , will have to get the knife out and see what I can do
cobraman Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Wow ! Thats either a small car or some huge fingers !
cobraman Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 That is so very cool. Wish I had the talent to make up one in 1/25.
