The steering rack looks fantastic with the extra details added. vintagedragfan Posted March 23, 2013 Author Posted March 23, 2013 I added the power steering lines to the rack,, later all I need to do is add the lines from the pump to the rack some tie rods and some clamps on the boots and a little clean up and maybe some polishing and should be good, as long as it all works ........thanks for looking

vintagedragfan Posted March 25, 2013 Author Posted March 25, 2013 (edited) here are the outer tie rods, I used the same method I used for the ball joints only smaller, they all so have complete movement <<<< with aluminum caps with a grease zerk and a couple jamb nuts all mocked up fully functioning needs a little fine tuning at final assy. but it seems to work pretty good somehow, thanks for looking! gasser59 Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Totally incredible. You sure you weren't an engineer in a former life? Maybe an alien engineer?
uncle potts Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 I feel like I should say something......its just so unreal how real it looks......I'm once again amazed, at the skill you have. The tough part is trying these techniques for myself. This is actually encouraging me to push myself. Keep up the fantastic work!
FASTBACK340 Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 1/25th. scale Zerk fittings........ I don't think I've ever had that thought in my mind. Ever. I mean, in my totall recall of anything I've ever read, said, or thought of, I can say with all honesty I've never experienced those numerals and characers stringed together to form those words: 1/25th. scale Zerk fittings.......wow.
