ll Brandon ll Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 So this one is a finally done. Been one long project, ALOT of scratch building, alot of firsts. All in all, Im VERY pleased with the end result. Mods include a Ross Gibson 350, full scratch built suspension front and rear, nascar Diamond Racing wheels, and misc. body mods. Feel free to drop some thoughts and thanks for looking!
ll Brandon ll Posted August 17, 2012 Author Posted August 17, 2012 And heres the engine and undercarriage. Both front and rear suspensions are functional and custom built.
Tom Setzer Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 You have done some GREAT WORK ON THIS BUILD!
TooOld Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Really nice work Brandon ! Great detailing and the look is perfect .
Shardik Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Awesome! That four link looks great. I'd like to see how you tubbed the bed to stuff those big meats in there. That grille looks mean.
crazyjim Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Looks mean and nasty (in a good way). Where's the taillights? Headers are solder or aluminum? They look good and the collectors are excellent. I like how they're crimped to the pipes.
ll Brandon ll Posted August 18, 2012 Author Posted August 18, 2012 Ha, you are the first person to mention the tail lights! I originally planned to do some flushed mounted LED style tails, but I ended up moving away from it because I didnt think I could do it right. So, I just kinda left them off. The headers are solder. Love the look solder headers gives an engine. Mean and nasty was the exact look I was going for. Thanks for the feedback!
Bartster Posted August 19, 2012 Posted August 19, 2012 It looks loud & fast just sitting there! Terrific job on all aspects. Bart.
slusher Posted August 19, 2012 Posted August 19, 2012 l really like it, nice touch on the satin finish...
DumpyDan Posted August 19, 2012 Posted August 19, 2012 This is sweet, my buddy has a real one and I am wanting to do this one day. Nice detailing to.
Gluhead Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Not the style I usually like but that has a cool, understated aggressive look to it. Nice job.
