I'd like to thank everyone for the great comments,

I was not sure how this radical conversion would go over, glad there are those who like it.

I like this one very much. It gives me some ideas for the glue bombs I have been toting around for years. I especially like the detail painting on the wheels. It gives them a whole new look. Any tips on how you did it and what color you used on them?

Later-

I just masked the outer rings of the rim and shot the centers with dullcoat.

WOW. Thats alot better than the original black. You really hit this one out of the park man.

Thanks Jerred for including this one in the trade!

COOL CAR!

Where did you get this supercharger from?

I beleive the supercharger was left over from the Jada Mustang kit.

Thing is sick! I'm usually not a fan of this body mostly cause I think it looks goofy at stock height especially with those fenders but the way you have it slammed with them rims it just looks mean. That's also one nasty power plant, great build and that grill made all the difference, nice touch.

Thanks Jason, I agree the stock ride height of this gen is just too high. I love the lines of this body style though so I just had to bring it down, way down.

Wow. My jaw dropped when I saw the model. Very very nice. I don't believe I've ever seen a 78 Corvette model. Is it a revell kit?

Hey thanks Andrew!

This is the kit..

Steve another super cool build! Your quickly becoming my favorite builder! Thanks for sharing and keep up the outstanding work.

Wow, thanks Mike, I'm just glad to see others that dig the same style of builds that I do.
