Jantrix
Can tell from your work bench you're a newbie. No, I don't think he is. Likely he is a returning modeler. This some very clean work. I'm really enjoying this build of one of my favorite kits. Keep it going Steven.
stevekouw
Jantrix, you are correct. I used to model as a young teen and then took a break when I found 1:1 cars and girls were something I was interested to at the time! LOL! As far as the style, I am going for a traditional hot rod style.

southpier
can the rear end be mounted like that? to get it lowered?
stevekouw
I am not sure if it lowered it any. I just put it in that way. Maybe it is upside down ?
Gluhead
Yep, it's upside down. If you can swap it around without major surgery, I'd do it. If not, I won't tell if you don't.

stevekouw
Here is a pic of the motor set in the chassis for good! Finally lol Upclose of some detail Thanks for looking and to those who have been following this build I appreciate the comments. I have been dealing with kidney stones for the last two weeks so I have not done as much as I would like, but I am in the home stretch. Then I have to decide what to build next
