BKcustoms
I've started painting the interior pieces, colors are dupont intense blue, doeskin tan, and tectic gray. Thanks for looking! I'll post some better pics tomorrow when I get some batteries for my camera. (I'm using my ipod right now)
BKcustoms
Well I was able to get some batteries for my camera so here are some interior pics.. I also decided to shave the fender trim since this is going to be a mild custom, I might shave the rear fender trim too but I'm not sure yet. I figured I'd throw in a quick pic or two of the other Olds I'm working on since I'm building both of them simultaneously. Let me know what you think! charlie8575
Very nice job on the fastback. The coupe looks like grape tonic. Charlie Larkin
jsc
Personally, I liked the way you grafted the top. It keeps the flow of the windows and body lines nice and neat. Great job!

Duntov
This update is much appreciated and VERY critical for those of us who would like to do a fast back version of the 50 Olds...... the key issue here is the cuts that Billy has noted.... Great work and thanks from a big time (real owner) 50 Olds fan!!!! Regards Bill (Duntov)

BKcustoms
Thanks guys! Bill, I'll be bringing both of these along with my merc speedster in May. The motor is now done, pics this weekend. (school decided to block photobucket so I can only upload pics when I'm at my dad's house)
horsepower
Leave the rear fender trim, that makes a great point of reference & adds a little "flash" to the side view (also helps people recognize it as an "Olds".
Draggon
Purple coupe looks fantastic!
