Mercman Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Makes me cold. Here's a tip Woodland Senics makes a snow powder that is really nice. It should be in the model railroad section of your LHS, or you can get it through Walther's.com
Models by Bear Posted December 17, 2012 Author Posted December 17, 2012 Thanks guys . I will look for that Junior and see if my hobby store has that
Miatatom Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Nice job! Doing one of these is something I might try in the future.
charlie8575 Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Simple, but effective. The large granules (did you use salt?) suggest heavy, wet snow. Nice job for first time out. Charlie Larkin
uncle potts Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 nice dio. If you want to see what the Woodland scenics snow looks like check out Chevy in the snow, its at the bottom of page one. They also have a video demo of how to use the stuff on their website. So, what did you use? As Charlie put it, it does make the snow look heavyand wet.
