Nitro Neil Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Awesome build. I'm building one of these myself as a flipnose with a 409. This is a great inspiration.
Flatout Posted December 25, 2012 Author Posted December 25, 2012 Thanks to all for taking time to comment... As requested earlier in the thread, here's a pic of the undercarrige. Nothing compared to the level of detail offered in today's kits...but simplicity and ease of assembly made the kit "fun" to build. The only thing that required a little effort was working the seam down the middle of the engine and trans. .
bogger44 Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 This probably has to be the nicest build of this kit I've seen, you've made it a standout. Very nice!
Skip Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 You did Thom Daniels proud! That's almost as close to his artwork as you can get. Nice!
bowtieboss Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Hi nice build can I just ask how long have you been building? i'v just started and love it already thanks
Danno Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Clean! Very clean! Your building prowess makes a so-so kit look good.
Albie D Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Great paint. I really want to build something lifted with a straight axle. This thing rocks..
RatRod Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Nice clean build of a great old classic!!! I personally don't care for the yellow tire lettering, but everything else is spot on!
