1/25 MPC Bounty Hunter Mustang F/C

Hey guys, Please don't misunderstand me, I too love the kit and appreciate the model companies reissuing these great old kits. The changes I made were done to improve on already great product.

I had these kits as a kid an enjoy being able to build them all over again, hopefully as a better modeler.

I too thank alll the model companies for the reissues over the last several years, and look forward to more in the future.

If anyone has the MPC Hot Rod Mag F/C and the Kallita Bounty Hunter F/C kits can you provide me with a comparison, or are they the same kit, just differnt decals? Going to be doing a LA Hooker Mustang and want to know which kit to start with.

That’s a bummer and yes I know thus thread is nine years old.  I guess some of theses kits have Ben reissued but I’m not sure if any changes have been made.  I guess I’ll have to read some of the current reviews.

The current Cha Cha Mustang FC is the same as the Mustang FC before, no changes, other than decal and tampo printed tires. 

But it is nice they corrected the Cha Cha car to a Mustang! LOL!

She had both a Satellite and a Mustang at different times.  The Satellite was a '71-'72 style though.  Both AMT and MPC made funny car kits with the '73-'74 body, but I don't know of any 1:1 funny cars with that style body.

She also had a short-lived Barracuda, an ex-Don Schumacher car with an extremely crude paint/lettering job that was thrown together in a hurry after a crash.
