brodie_83 Posted January 17, 2013 Author Posted January 17, 2013 Ok, here's a few pics of the interior I took just a few minutes ago. I'm going for the white/blue Pontiac Anniversary theme they use on the Trans Ams, so I figured I'd color the inserts blue.
Casey Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Looks good, Brodie. Is that a graphic equalizer I see? Nice!
wraith Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 very nice detail work on the interior! need some body shots!
brodie_83 Posted January 18, 2013 Author Posted January 18, 2013 Thanks guys! The body has really not been touched much...I still have to sand off the filler on the doors and some of the bumpers too. I'm concentrating on the interior for the time being.
Scuderia Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Lookin' good! Also, unfortunately I don't have an SE hood in the spares bro. I coulda SWORE I had one
brodie_83 Posted January 18, 2013 Author Posted January 18, 2013 Eh thats ok Lawrence, I found someone that has one. Thanks though!
Rob McKee Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 You have done an amazing job on the interior Brodie. Makes me want to build one of these cars.
gray07 Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Great job, been looking for one of these for awhile. And you are making this come alive.
brodie_83 Posted January 25, 2013 Author Posted January 25, 2013 Thanks for the kind words y'all! So far I haven't done much as of late, but I did sand down the filler on the bumpers/side skirts and re-filled the imperfections. when I get them done, the body parts will go into primer and then I gotta buy some white and some fineline masking tape for the stripes.
brodie_83 Posted January 26, 2013 Author Posted January 26, 2013 Thanks guys! I worked hard in the bumpers and side skirts and got the sides in primer, but I had to fix some imperfections I did not see before primer. Now I need to find somewhere to paint the body. Painting in the garage is not an option...stinks up the whole house. I might get the bumpers and the sides in another coat of primer and take some pics later.
Jordan White Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Are you planning on using the stock kit wheels for something else, or would be willing to part with them?
