This is what im building for the cannon ball run, its the revell kit but im going with the wheels from the '69 camaro with chrome wheel backs in the rear to make them a deeper dish with the slicks from the '70 chevelle. I havent decided what im going to do with the motor but i do know it wont be stock with the shaker packadge maybe a tunnel ram and two dominators or something.I ordered a resin outlaw hood from LSM and its been about 3 weeks and i havent got anything so im starting to think somethings not right, has anybody had any problems with him? anyways here it is all i have done is got it tubbed it and done a little body work so far let me know what you think.

Wow this is looking excellent so far. You nailed the wheel and tire choice. Especially I like the Hoosier textes on the tires, and the way they fill those fender wells. Where are those tire decals from? I've seen one set in '69 Nova by Revell, but just wondering if there is another source for them.

Keep it going, I will keep an close eye of this one. :D

Thank you niko!! the front hoosier decals are from the nova kit and the rears are from one of the slixx decal sheets if you need the exact sheet number ill find it for you

On that kit to drop the front is easy. I just carefully cut the tabs off that hold the wheels and move them up the width of themselves. I drill a hole through them and insert a pin for extra insurance and glue them on. easy breezy

I talked to Alex at LSM and found out the problem with the order but now everythings worked out and the cowl hood for the cudas on its way!

Well using freds advice i cut the posts that hold the wheels on off and moved them up and then reglued them back on heres how she sits now

When the cowl hood gets here and i mock it up this thing will look absolutely killer!!
