Another Noob!

I just wanted pop in and make myself known.( and yes Jairus I took time to read the rules ) I normally build planes but I’m kinda burned out on that right now so I’m building some cars. I had been lurking on “the other forum” but... Anyways are there any modelers from the Tulsa, Ok area on here?

I’m working on a ’41 Chevy pickup (teaser pics included) in the pipeline I have an ubiquitous merc , ’55 chevy Pro Sports man and I’ve got my eye on a ’50 ford pickup at Top Shelf Models in Owasso ( it has an ardun flathead how could I go wrong?)

Welcome, Casey. Glad to see you're trying some car models. The pickup is looking real good. Is that the Testors Citrus Yellow paint?

Thanks for the welcome guys! The truck is boyd's lime green pearl, but only the top of the cab, the hood and few other bits the rest will be flat black and trimed in copper. Glad to see Royal has customers all over the country, he sure helped me out a lot when I was getting back in to modeling
