shafer Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 many saw the first one i built of the new polar lights kit since then i have built another look close, they have different markings, different grille, and 1 has a 429 while the other is a 427

I have heard that fitting either of the 2 different engines into the engine compartment of these Polar Light's Talladega kits can be a challenge, especially the 429. Did you face any issues when installing those engines?

Did you face any issues when installing those engines? I dont think the 429 was ment for this kit - it does not fit at all- just shoved in and glued wherever it hit
