Just finished this up yesterday. Went a little out of my comfort zone on this one. Added fuel lines< ignition wires, coil and 23 In. pegasus wheels. Color is Kandy Scarlet.Diamond dust on the chasis, went with dark tan and leather for the interior and drilled out the holes as oposed to useing the decals from the kit.Over all im completely satisfied.

very cool ! love the wiring and that color is sweet

btw next time try this (you probable know but...) > it is so easy and gives such a big result ..

take the stock chrome grille and some matt black enamel paint , paint the whole grille black on the front so the paint is in between te edges and right away use a soft smooth cloth and pull it over your finger and wipe of the paint.

every wipe use a clean part of the cloth and do that until the top is clean

then the black stays in between the edges

the result can be so good you would swear its a opened up grille :)

I passed you by yesterday because of the thumbnails , sorry . I'm glad I came back to take a look at it , it's very very nice ! I really like the paint and your engine details are great ! It looks a heck of a lot better than Stacey David's .

Nicely done. I think this style is what the new Rat Roaster kit is best for. It suits the details of the kit better than a more traditional look. I especially like the color and the flames. The modern oversized wheels and rubber band tires complement the exagerated look of the carb stacks and exhaust pipes.
