Of course I started with the Monogram offering, and could not leave well enough alone. Widened 4" at the back, stretched to make the 127" bbc. Series 60 power plant. Scratch built by scaling up an Italeri and lots of pics and brochures. Front suspension. New doors and air cleaner prototype. Real K&S stainless sheet around an old AMT Peterbilt 1/25th tank. Rear suspension, 5th wheel, and drums. 00-80 nuts and bolts. Old AMT Freightliner tanks are perfectly sized.

Oh, that's gonna look real nice....Man, you guys can do some fine detail work on these things....You've taken it way further than I have on mine....Probably further than I ever will.. ..I, particularly, like your engine work and alignment jig...Now that's something I never thought of.....Go, go, go, Man!!!! Gooo!!!!

I have the cab setup as a ultra cab, and with a 90" Unibilt sleeper. Not to big, but not stock.

I been out for a few months working, but where do you get those little nuts and bolt and stuff? Can I get them on E-bay? PS truck looks good!!!

Very nice work, looking at this makes me wish that I went all out on my suspention as well.

Do you have a link for the K&S air cleaners. Will be watching this one.

The nuts and bolts are just 00-80 rc airplane stuff. Micromark, even some hobby shops have them. The air cleaners are the stainless sheet that K & S sells in rolls, like Renold's wrap, only very

thick. I covered some old AMT Peterbilt fuel tanks, sanded smooth, with Scotch double sided tape, making sure there are no gaps or overlays, and stuck the stainles wrap to them.
