Fisher61 Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 (edited) I've started on my second '69 Charger, I was having a hard time making a decision on what color to paint it , I was thinking maybe a green, gold or copper, so I let my wife pick the color, she liked B-5 blue, so here's the completed interior, engine. Now it's on to foiling the body, the part of the build I hate the most, but I won't do one without ! Thanks for looking and any comments or ideas are always welcome. MrObsessive Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 You can't go wrong with a B5 Blue Mopar! Probably one of Mopars best colors! Yours is coming along nice Bill!
novadose71 Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 I'll second that. Looks good against the black top.

Tonioseven Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 This should turn out to be awesome!! That blue is almost mesmerizing!!
Fisher61 Posted October 7, 2007 Author Posted October 7, 2007 Spent about 5 hours foiling, I feel like I'm over the major hurdle now, glad there's not 10 hours worth of chrome on this car. Took pictures with natural lighting to better show the true color. Thanks for looking.
MrObsessive Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 Very clean BMF'ing!! I'll bet those wheelwells were a pain in the *(&%^#!! At least they are for me!
Gregg1LE Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 Awesome work, can't wait until its finished !!!
Fisher61 Posted October 8, 2007 Author Posted October 8, 2007 Very clean BMF'ing!! I'll bet those wheelwells were a pain in the *(&%^#!! At least they are for me! Yes,they were Bill. And I know I'll probably have re-do the rear trim, seems like when you install the chassis part of it gets torn off!
Fisher61 Posted October 14, 2007 Author Posted October 14, 2007 I got alot done this weekend, just have some detailing to do on the grill, wheels and tires. Thanks for looking.
dub Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 Looks fantastic! That color just jumps off my screen and into my lap! The black vinyl top just sets off the blue even more. Great foil job too. Looking forward to the finished product.
oldstyle Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 A Very Clean Building Style......i like It looks Realy Nice Uwe
Fisher61 Posted October 20, 2007 Author Posted October 20, 2007 Finished up the chassis tonight, I painted the wheelwells with flat black paint to look like the sloppy undercoating applied at the factory. I got the large stripe decal on it also with out any mishaps. Thanks for checking it out.
