The kind Rob has don't have center caps- the Nova Pro Street wheels do. I think the ones in Robs pics are from the AMT Chevy C1500 Sportside/454 SS kits.

Those also look like the custom wheels from the AMT 454ss/stepside/Silverado with the holes drilled out.
