I just finished this "stalled" build the other day of MPC's '57 Chevy with the tilt front end and painted in Testor's Mythical Maroon and BMF for the trim. The suspension has been raised 3 scale inches all around and the header flanges and Dzus fasteners are photo-etched items. The wheelz are from one of Revell's '32 Ford kits and I also added a pre-wired dizzy and an Accel Super coil. There's funny fur for the maroon carpeting in a grey colored interior.

Nick,

Your builds look very good! I wish I could take pictures as good as you.

Thanks,Eric

Good? I'm really not too happy with my model photos, however I really like the photos I take of the 1:1 cars with my "film camera." Thanks for the compliment.

Nick , I just came across this and it looks great ! I haven't seen many flip - nose 57's built and always heard they were nightmares to build .

Yours looks fine to me and the paint is beautiful !

Thanks, no nightmare as you just gotta be very careful with the hinge. I still have to grease or oil mine to make it easier to open and close. The paint is out of a "rattlecan."
