Tonioseven Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Hey. This is the Revell snap kit with Pegasus wheels with different sized tired front to back for a slight rake. Keith Marks decals were also added. Paint and clear are Testors One Shot "lacquer". I went back and painted the windshield wipers after Itook these pictures. Thanks for lookin'.
ChrisR Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 NIce model! Not so sure about the wheels. NIce model! Not so sure about the wheels.
Guest Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Nice build, but I as well do not like the wheels. 5 spokes from the last release of the Revell 69 Shelby would look better.
PARTSMARTY Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 MODEL LOOKS COOL-WHEELS LOOK COOL-EVERYBODY HAS THERE OWN OPINION-NICE JOB.
slusher Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Very sweet looking build, love the color and finish. l like the wheels also...
JM485 Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 It's funny how everyone has their own preferences. I personally like the rims a lot, and the color choice. Overall it has a really nice look to it.
Ace-Garageguy Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 I really like the whole thing, including the wheels. They give the car a harder-edged, mechanical look that says "fast car, no BS".
outragis Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Very nice! Love the wheels and this is the color I was going to paint the 63 Nova convert I'm doing!
Tonioseven Posted June 23, 2013 Author Posted June 23, 2013 Thanks guys; the wheels seem to be an either/or thing I guess. Lol. I appreciate the kind comments
Tonioseven Posted June 23, 2013 Author Posted June 23, 2013 Thanks George, That's exactly what I did to get the wheels like that.
KurseD Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 (edited) Nice. I dig the wheels. I've got about 20 models lined up to build since I haven't built in years and the new Camaro I hadn't even considered buying... until now that is. This one has inspired me to build a Baldwin Motion concept. Hmmmm. Great job. *edit* HA! Googled Baldwin Motion Camaro and see that they are in fact already making new Camaros in the Baldwin Motion facilities once again. So much for "concept." Edited June 23, 2013 by KurseD
