RatRod Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Yep, looks fast!!! Another great build James.
66belair Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 That looks awesome! I bought that same Corvette kit just for that intake, I had something similar in mind.
Mister Twister Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Nice work....That thing is super kewl!
Modlbldr Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 (edited) James- I'm not big on 69 Novas. I like them, but I think.they are too average. However, I LOVE this one and would proudly own it of it were 1:1. Very nice job. Later- Edited September 14, 2013 by Modlbldr
Greg Wann Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 (edited) I typically find Nova subjects boring for simple lack of body style. You really got this this rockin. It's cool! The engine work is very impresive to me. I guess I am just a sucker for hood scoops! I am very partial to what Buick did with the Sylark GS/GSX versions over the years. When I was a kid growing up there were for some reason a lot of Novas with nice chrome Cragar wheels and one side of the car bashed in. LOL Sorrowfully, I did know a kid who died in one after wrapping it around a tree. Edited September 14, 2013 by Greg Wann
James2 Posted September 15, 2013 Author Posted September 15, 2013 Tom, Greg, thanks for the interest. I have always liked the Nova's, but as you both stated, they can be very bland and average at best. That's why I tried something different with this one. You could even get more creative and do the body mods found on the GS Corvette.
