Ben Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 I bought two of these new Meng Cat D9R dozer kits as I wanto build one as is from the box to use as a load on my Hobby Boss M1070 transporter kit and the other I am turning back into a regular D9R dozer. In progress pics can be seen here:http://public.fotki.com/lotso/meng-cat-d9r-dozer-/?cmd=manualsort
Hessel Hemstra Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 I have plans in the same direction. I already have the M1070 transporter but did not get the dozer yet. I might try to convert the dozer to 1:24/25.... Hessel

That is what I had planned to do when all the parts are finished on this1/35 version.
Mopar - D Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Ben this is great your scratch building is right on. If some one makes a 1/25 resin kit I would be in for at least one or more.

chris02719 Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 Ben keep us posted. I am glad to see someone with your skills tackling this. Your work so far is amazing. Can't wait to see it done. Looking even more forward to seeing its big brother.
Tesla Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Ben I hope your successful in having this cast in 1/25 resin. I look forward to following this project.
tiking Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Very interested in buying one, if the price is right. Have you started on the 1/24 conversion yet? BTE, I wanted to do the same as you by converting the D8 into a civilian version but I rarely hae the time.
