MrObsessive Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 Those flames are WILD!! Fantastic job on that truck Manny......a lot of patience is involved to get it to look like that! 8)
Len Geisler Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 Can I ask what chassis you used, I have a "pro touring" version in the works and would like to build a "pro street / drag" version too.... Thanks and once again great work.... 8)
mannyclub Posted July 8, 2006 Author Posted July 8, 2006 Thanks guys! Was fun for sure. The front section of the chassis is from the Revell Hot Rod Chevy P/u. The tub section is from the 67 Chevelle kit. I used the a-arms from the aluma coupe kit, turned them upside down to lower the front. The flames took about 3hrs total or so to do, i only have patience when building models though lol. Jeff ide like to see some of your pic when you start on yours too! Gonna be sweet! Are you gonna shave the handles and stuff? Thanks everyone Manny
