slusher Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Interior and color look great. Very nice start...
Speedfreak Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Looks good Randy. Did you paint the steering wheel (not the center) ? 'Cause it looks like a different shade of white from the rest of the interior.
crb1024 Posted November 6, 2013 Author Posted November 6, 2013 the steering wheel has just a flat clear over it , good eye as for tips I used a thin piece of plastic to cover the area were the Revell info was engraved just ahead of the rear axel Randy
squirrel886 Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 .......oh yeah! Very nice! The interior looks good!
crb1024 Posted November 7, 2013 Author Posted November 7, 2013 Great minds think alike nice job I like the tires. Is that the Tamiya color? Randy
my80malibu Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 No unfortunatly not, it was the testors Limefire enamel a very runny slow drying paint. I had to strip it 3 times before I got it right.
crb1024 Posted November 15, 2013 Author Posted November 15, 2013 Had a chance to do a little more work. Body is done except for some waxing. Started the motor Added some BMF to the firewall area Any cooments or sugestions would be appreciated. Randy
Genegenie Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 Great colour. Limefire Green was a popular colour way 30 years ago, and always a great colour to my eyes. I have three '32's started, and looking forward to more updates.
crb1024 Posted November 20, 2013 Author Posted November 20, 2013 Next time I want to do a little more engine detail Randy
my80malibu Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 It turned out great. Love all of these kits from this series.
