Platerpants
Well Chardon Township never had a L Series truck nor can i find reference pictures that are useful online for my towns trucks, but my best friends dad works for the township road department so he can get some reference pictures of the current trucks. Heres the progress. Pretty Much a pin in the plow mount so i can remove it when i want and a painted frame... Yes my phone plus my great skills make for great pictures... NOT. The truck in the back of this picture is the one that goes down my street and takes out the mailbox every day that it snows. Foxer
Will be interesting to watch. Don't scold your phone ,,, the first pic looks good and pretty sharp front to back. The second may be blurry, but it's just saying " pull back to the distance you took the 1st from."

Platerpants
Not really an update but dang my f350 is nearly as long as this thing. anyway the plow mount is painted. The plow will be removable from the mount there is a removable pin in the frame.

mikemodeler
VCG resins sells some nice plow lights with realistic decals for the lenses, they would look perfect on the truck, similar to what is on the 1:1 truck.

Platerpants
thanks. i kinda had put this to the side for a while Because the reason i wrecked my truck is because the township neglected to salt the roads that night... afterwards they salted because the state highway patrol called and demanded the salt. but today i said time to continue the project. Put the seats in.
Platerpants
I had to take advantage of the snow we got last night, just hope it sticks around for underglass pictures, cuz what use is a plow without snow?

highway
That's looking real good so far, and the plow on the Ram would make a great wing or belly plow!
