I picked this one up on Thursday of last week and just couldn't wait to build it. I painted it Tamiya Royal Blue, no clear and no polishing. The light wood tone was brush painted with Italeri Acrylic flat skin tone warm tint. The darker inserts were provided by decals. The interior was done with dark burgundy seats, black carpet and 2 tone wood door panels that match the outside wood trim. This is a well engineered kit, Love it!!!

Let me know what you thinks

Great looking model! How was the construction? Everything go well?

Nice color combo, too.

Erik, everything fit perfectly. This is a fun kit to build. The engine is not a flat head though. But I only build curbsides, so it didn't matter to me.

Thanks guys.

That's beautiful Al. So that's how you get them knocked out so quickly...... you only build curbsides...!!! Just like when I do my 50's promo's. You must have a lot of engine parts laying around.

Oh well, I guess the resin guys will be busy doing 8-BA's for those of us who WON'T DARE slap some OHV thing in their replica stock Early Fords . Great work on that wagon too !

Very nice Al. I really like the blue on it. I wish I could get paint to turn out that good. I can't get it that shiny even with clear, let alone without it! Didn't know about the mill, glad I have a couple extra flatties laying around.
