Dave Van Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 WOW....great work!!!!!Elmo holds a place in my memories.......his garage was a cinder block two car shop just off Tryon in Charlotte. Very simple place but made about every race he entered. As teens we'd drop by mid week and they'd allow us to look at cars and talk some racing. Elmo and Frank Warren we two good guys that worked hard to make a living in NASCAR.Thanks for sharing!!
