Thanks for the kind comments guys!!!!

I was worried that you only build 57 Fords, that looks amazing, nice work

I'm afraid I just started building another one...

What can I say, it's one of, if not THE, best car ever built by human beings in all history, and not bad looking at all

And on top of that it's a Ford ;)

Interesting- lacquer directly on bare plastic with no ill effects? Hmmm...I might try a little for an experiment.

Certainly able to be seen from a distance, that's for sure. And another one of your nice, clean, exemplary builds.

Tamiya paint is lacquer, but it won't do any harm to plastic whatsoever!!

If the plastic is of a light color, and I'm using Tamiya TS pray cans I never use any primer. Just have to mist paint the first two coats, letting a nice dry time between each coat, and you will have a nice and smooth surface after the "wet" coats.

That paint is bang-on! I like the steelies, too.

Another thing I noticed, which made me nod in approval, was the way you got the front bumper level. A lot of people miss this and install it at an angle.

I already built one of these, but I now have the custom version with the button upholstry interior. A real nice kit with great detail. Yours does it real justice.
