Chase2015 Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 Hey guys, I'm trying to start getting a good amount of Nascar model kits. I know Mikes has a bunch and ebay has some for a relatively good price but where else would be a good place to buy some?
Nacho Z Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 I find that they are almost always blowing them out at model contests. I have seen many a good deal to be had at these shows. Usually you will get a great deal if you are willing to take multiple units off of their hands.
Ace-Garageguy Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 There's usually a lot of NASCAR kits cheap on ebay, if you shop intelligently. Some have been so cheap, I've bought multiples just to get the engines, gearboxes and rear-ends.
Old Buckaroo Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 I got about 7 or 8 looking for a new home, drop me a p/m
DrewCfromSC Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 check your local flea markets, thrift stores and antique shops too.
RatRod Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 AMT, and Monogram flooded the market years ago with Nascar kits, and most of us stocked up well, now you can't hardly give them away.
fitforbattle Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 I'm interested in late 80s through 90s nascars. Anyone willing to ship to Sweden? I will of course cover the shipping fees.
Jon Haigwood Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 I go some "Days of Thunder" I would like to find a home for LOL
