dbiggied Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Check out what I got today...original shrink wrap...only problem is, opened it up and no instructions. Anyone know where I can score a copy?
wrecker388 Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 What a steal! someone can surely help you with instructions, I just checked over at DPMCC and they had nothing listed.
gobobbie Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 I had a similar issue with a kit I won at my local ipms meeting. I tried the manufacturer but they could not help because their contract with NASCAR had expired and they could not send the instructions. I put out a request on the national ipms website and one guy had built the model, copied his instructions and sent me a copy. So always keep your old instruction sheets, you never know when you can help someone. Bob gregory Ruining one model at a time
jaymcminn Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 I might still have mine... I recently built this one. I'll check. Great score!

blackandwhite Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 I got one of these at a show as a buy 2 get 1 free. Just started putting it together this week I could try to make a copy if those pictures don't work for you
dbiggied Posted April 18, 2014 Author Posted April 18, 2014 They sell whatever people donate. It's sort of like a treasure hunt, and it goes to a good cause. My current list of Goodwill acquisitions is as follows: The above Ferrari $1.99 Monogram 1/48 B-29 $4 Revell 1/48 F-106 $2.99 Revell '67 Chevelle SS 396 $2.50 Revell 1/32 AH-64 Apache $4 Imex Harley Custom Springer $3.50 Testors 1/48 FA-18 Hornet $4 Scientific Models Thermopylae (wood, 31") $14.99
Harry P. Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Don't assume that because a kit is shrinkwrapped that it's the original factory wrap. Any kit can be re-wrapped; hobby shops do it all the time.
