Well, I think it's a 1950... I could be wrong. It's the first issue of the kit by Revell; I finished it in early 2011. It's box-stock except for some BMF. I didn't even drill out the exhaust tips or intakes but I did fill in the seam in the front end because I thought it was just ugly. The color is Testors One Coat "Mythical Maroon". Hope you like it. Comments and critiques are welcome.

You almost talked me out of looking at it with your own critique. Nothing ugly about it, in fact I really like it! Nice job on all the paint It looks like something I would love to own. Nice job John.

Thanks to all for the compliments. I'm not sure if I like the One Coat Lacquers more than Tamiya rattle cans but it's real close.

Great build! A fine detail, but that's the second edition of the kit. The first one (blue truck on the box) was stock only - no Ardun heads, multi carbs or dual exhausts included. Either way, you did some fine work.

Thanks, Don and Dave. And Dave, I have CRS :D and I really thought that was the first issue of that model. I think it had all the stock pieces plus custom/big wheels and tires and the engine options that you mentioned, plus a sheet of cool decals.
