misterNNL Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 I have benn trying to find a current email address for long time friend and fellow NNL member Rick Hanmore from NY but all my messages boomerang back. Woody42@woh.rr.com
High octane Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 I remember meeting Rick Hanmore several years back at the Toledo NNL, but haven't seen him since. I thought that he had worked for the Danbury or Franklin Mint Company, no?
Chuck Most Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 I remember meeting Rick Hanmore several years back at the Toledo NNL, but haven't seen him since. I thought that he had worked for the Danbury or Franklin Mint Company, no? That's true- he did development work on several Danbury diecast models. He had a hand in the design of several of their models in the late '90's.
Matt T. Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 He was vending at NNL East back in April. Had a small table, selling off some vintage kits, just like other years. Sorry, I can't help with the e-mail though.
misterNNL Posted June 21, 2014 Author Posted June 21, 2014 The last time I saw Rick he told me the high end die cast market he was employed in really in trouble and that he had been let go from Danbury. His actualy employment for many years was working at a shop that installed sun roofs in cars.Rick is a great guy and a great model builder as well.
Brett Barrow Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Shoot mrknowetall (Don Banes) a PM. I believe he keeps in touch with him. I don't think Don checks this far down the board.
Tom Geiger Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Tom- Check private messages, I just sent you Rick's current email address.
