Got this yesterday and couldn't wait to start work on it... Wanted to do a pro touring style build with this....

Based loosely on this pic I found on Google...

Filled in the rear bumper holes... Since the holes were very small, I used Bondo spot putty, I rarely use this stuff for any filler due to shrinkage, but I feel confident that the small holes won't ghost after I primer...

Engine has been started and block and transmission have been painted...

Chrome parts for the engine and the exhaust pipes have been stripped with purple power...

And a mockup using pegasus torque thrust wheels, 19s up front and 23s in the rear...

This looks great the cobras look great without the bumpers I did this on my 1\16 cobra as well as filling in the fuel filler and relocating it to the boot

Looking good. If you don't mind a suggestion and it's not too late you might consider flowing some black detailer on the springs. It will settle in the recesses and look better. Not trying to tell you how to build your model i have enough trouble with my own but i think you would like the look better. Keep her goin' !
