slusher Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Did you make it a convertible? Looking really nice...
Brudda Posted July 28, 2014 Author Posted July 28, 2014 Yes and there is alot of fabracation in the interior, the body is easy.
Tompidom Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 This is already looking good!! Keep it up, looking forward to some more of this.
Brudda Posted August 20, 2014 Author Posted August 20, 2014 Ok Sorry for the delay. Just received a new job at the BMW-Volvo-Mini Cooper-Porsche Dealer as a body tech.So my time is limited to school and the many repairs that need to be done. ssooo my modeling time is now very limited. Here is what I have done. installed a temporary front seatbelt just for fit. made the hole in the panel for the belt.I had to make the upper rear seatbelt pockets from scratch. Then temporary glue them in place to see the fit.My next build will be the upper rear seatbelt mounts that fit into my homemade pockets. This what I have so far. hope you like
Brudda Posted August 20, 2014 Author Posted August 20, 2014 These operations are much harder than doing the bodywork. Because after this is the convt top.in the down position with a new cover over all the arms and top being exposed.after this the attention will be in the A piller section and crossover section where center lights need to be located. As i said before the body is easy.the interior is the hard one to accomplish.

Brudda Posted October 6, 2014 Author Posted October 6, 2014 Sorry for the delay. I do not know how to rotate the pics the right way. I have a mac and the pics are correct. As soon as I attach them to this forum, it goes crazy, and I never know how they are going to come out. Anyway, here are some of the pics although you might have to lay on your side to see them.
Brudda Posted October 7, 2014 Author Posted October 7, 2014 Thank you everyone. Mr. Len Woodruff, thanks for the inspiration! Saw pictures of your Daytona and fell in love with it. As a kid, I loved this car. This is nothing like your Daytona, but its a fun build. Im working on it slowly but surely. I hope you do not mind laying on your side to view my pics.
Len Woodruff Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Thanks Bruce. Keep enjoying building the Mustang. It will be a beautiful car when done and very unique.
RANDY L Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 hi Bruce I saw this model some months back at our model blub meeting. The model was in its raw form but still looked incredible. Will look even better when done. Randy Ludi
