1972coronet Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Here's some photos of my two feline companions (my children , if you will ) . 'Molly Anne McCalico' is age 12 ; 'Oliver Nathanel Hawthorne Sabastian' is age 11 .
slusher Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Great looking pets. I have one and plan to get another one...
Lovefordgalaxie Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Both are cute. Those guys have a way of getting into our hearts and and then just melt it. I have seven, or they have me, if you are a cat person you will understand, and when I'm home, I'm never alone.
spotarama Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 we've got 3 at the moment but had a total of 8 over the last 15 years we've lived together including my partners childhood cat that she got at the age of 10 and she (the cat that is) made it to 21 and a third years old. mind you she was cranky, senile and mildly incontinent by then, it was still a sad day when she went.the two boys we've got now are great friends and spend a portion of every day playing cat grand prix round the house followed by a quick bout of wrestling with the winner getting to hold the other one down and forcibly cleaning his head....strange but thats cats for you
slantasaurus Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 After being catless for a little over 2 yearsI got a kitten 4th of July weekend. She is just 13 weeks old now and a ball of energy. I named her Duster (all my cats get Mopar names) and the name fits her just fine, she is just like that little dust cloud tearing things up. Here is is in a rare moment of relaxing.
bismarck Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 my wife and I have 6 cats and 2 dogs(!) between us, and its never a dull moment at our house. I have seen the cats defy gravity, steal tv remotes, and relocate shoes all over the place, but to me, a house aint a home without pets.

cobraman Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Cats are cool. I have 2. One is named Shelby. Most of you will know why. One of the cats follow me around like a puppy and needs to know where I am at all times. My sister has 4 cats. (too many) and just a short time ago I went to Chicago to drive her and her 4 cats here to her new place in Arizona. All were in their own kennels and were loose the 2 nights we stayed in a motel on our trip. I had cats walking on my face at night and getting them back in the kennels was a real picnic.
Dave Van Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Good looking 'kids'!! We always have cats in and around the house. We did cat rescue when we lived in Charlotte. Now we help the local no kill shelter. I have two inside kids.....a 12 year old Manx Punkin and a kitten that almost ran under my lawn mower 6 years ago names Booger. Named because when I found him he was blind from a eye issue (eye boogers) that was cured with medicine. He's now a 12 pound buddy. We also care for 4 feral cats outside......feed, water and vet when needed.
tubbs Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 beautiful cats (and dogs) I am not much of a cat person, but obviously more than others. we live on a less traveled dirt road and someone dumped a little 8 to 10 week old little girl kitten. well, needles to say, Lacy has become part of the family. spry, no picts yet. there was a thread for family "PETS" and their antics, you can find it here; http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=84320&page=5 feel free to ad to it.
Dave Van Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 (edited) Here is our Punkin and some kittens we had....all have moved on to new homes...... Edited August 29, 2014 by Dave Van
