Porscheman Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 This was a quick two day build. I painted it a Dupli-color wine over a gold primer and Tamiya clear red top coat. The model is built pretty much box stock with the exception of the after market velosity cones. The body is diecast with the rest of the model being molded in plastic and includes photo-etched parts including the grill and dash bezels. Overall a nice kit that goes to together well and looks good. Thanks for looking. Al
cobraman Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Al, I am always impressed at how quickly you can build a car and have it look as good as they do.
unclescott58 Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 Didn't know Testors offered this as kit. How does it compare to the Revell or AMT '32s? Scott
DR Dubois Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Is this kit currently available? Awesome looking build.
Porscheman Posted August 17, 2014 Author Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) Thanks guys. This is in the Lincoln Mint series. The diecast body was paint In a color close to the one I repainted it in, but had a lot of orange peel so I totally stripped and started from scratch. You can still find these on eBay.
